Bob Simpson is President of The Spotlight Network © and Synchronicity Business Coaching Inc. of Mississauga, Ontario Canada.
Until recently, Bob has been coaching business professionals since 1998 and was trained and certified by E-Myth Worldwide, a consultative coaching program, based on the popular business book The E-Myth Revisited, by Michael Gerber and facilitating Change Workshops, based on the best selling business book Who Moved My Cheese?, by Dr. Spencer Johnson.
Synchronicity is currently the North American Master Distributor for HWL Innovation, the world leader in the development of programs to facilitate strategic, wealth, performance and people plans for business.
In 2008, Synchronicity acquired Coaches Canada, an Internet directory for professional business and life coaches. In May 2009, Coaches Canada was replaced with a new website, www.coachspotlight.com, a public relations website for coaches designed to assist coaches to make profitable connections with prospective users of their services. There are many website directories for business and life coaches, but the newest (May 2009) is rather unique. Coach Spotlight, developed by Bob Simpson, who has run a successful business coaching practice in Mississauga, ON, has a sole purpose – to help professional business and life coaches to connect with prospective users of their services.
Coach Spotlight © is more than a simple directory. It is a public relations website for coaches. In fact, it is a brand new approach to advertising on the Internet, based on helping visitors to build virtual relationships with coaches, to help them connect with a coach best suited to their needs. Visitors can view your photo, read your bio, read your thoughts through your blog postings, hear an interview with you, and view events or webinars that you offer (coming soon). Additionally, visitors will be able to ask a question of the Coach Spotlight contributors to get a variety of responses to help them deal with specific issues (coming soon).
Coach Spotlight © is an amazing resource for visitors. In one website, they can connect with some of the best coaches in the world to help them deal with both business and personal issues. As of July 1, 2009, there were over 1,100 blogs posted in five business and five life coaching categories.
A wide variety of topics and a high volume of ever-changing content have led to major jumps in traffic to the site and improved Internet search rankings. A new program will begin in July in which contributors will be asked to present articles for specific publication dates focusing on specific coaching related topics. A public relations program will promote the topics similar to the release of a magazine publication, to help drive traffic to the site.
There are two contributor models – Basic and Premium. Basic Members can join for free and Premium Membership is $100 per year. Premium Members receive greater exposure on the site, plus the ability to post an interview, and events or webinars. Additional Premium Member benefits will be released shortly.
