FlexPortal I&R Emergency Node System Released January 05, 2008 FlexPortal I&R released its laptop-based Emergency Node System this week.
While the laptop system resides on the local network, it can receive up to the minute updates of all current caller and services data. In the event of a disaster, the laptop can be removed from the network and act either as a standalone system, or a as a mobile server for multiple call center operators.
